Gaccione most recently launched Gasworks Entertainment, an artist development and management firm. The Nashville-based company is a talent incubator specializing in molding artists through every aspect of recording, touring, marketing publishing and promotion with the goal of helping them reach their full potential. Gaccione’s current roster includes Faye Webster, Eric Dodd and Breaking Southwest.
However, this is not Gaccione’s first foray into the music industry. In 2000 he had an opportunity to moonlight at a recording studio in Avondale Estates, where he had a life-changing experience while working with acclaimed alternative rock band Sister Hazel, who were recording “Fortress,” the follow-up to their platinum-selling “Somewhere More Familiar.”
Gacione’s first venture into a full time music industry career came in 2012 with the creation of 16 Minutes Entertainment; partnering with Ilya Toshinsky and Greg Archilla to form an artist development venture.
